Not sure who created this original P90X Spreadsheet, but as I am looking now to continue on to P90X + I converted the old calendar spreadsheet to the P90X plus schedule since I couldn’t find one I liked. I also made printable workout sheets for both P90X and P90X +. Enjoy.
